"Always been pleased with their work"

Chuck, my favorite plumber guy arrived right on time. The basement floor was opened... I have used FLS for other projects in the past, including replacing the main water line coming into the house. I have always been pleased with their work and I have and will recommend them to everybody I know. They are a little expensive, but I get back quality workmanship, parts and a system that works the way it is supposed to.

They are probably not the cheapest in the book but we are absolutely confident that they are amongst the best. They always have estimates that are pretty much on par with others. The work has been excellent, they always clean up and it's been fabulous. They come in and put little overshoes on their feet to keep things clean. They follow up to make sure everything is appropriate. The professionalism has just been top notch.

We've used this company for various plumbing jobs over the years- installation of bathroom fixtures, garbage disposal, replacement of the wax seal of a toilet, etc.- always been great. They are always responsive, courteous, and do a professional job. They may cost a bit more, but you get what you pay for.

In a time where customer service does not seem important, Chuck seemed only concerned with customer service! You are lucky to have him employed with your company. I want to thank you for your prompt and competent service. We had two other plumbers to our house who were unable to fix our problems (and we were charged). Within minutes, your plumber diagnosed our problem and fixed it. Also cleared tub drains (we were told this was not possible); fixed a dripping faucet (we were told nothing could be done - it had to be replaced) and fixed a loose faucet in the kitchen. Please thank the gentleman who visited our house. It was pleasure to deal with nice, competent people.
